It usually refers to the diameter greater than or equal to DN1000, our company can currently produce up to DN6000, large-diameter flanges are widely used in electric power, marine engineering equipment, machinery, chemical industry, wind power, sewage treatment and other industries. Common materials are ASTM A105, 16Mn, Q345B, Q355B, Q460C, Q550D, 20#, 316, 304, 15CrMo, 09MnNid, 1Cr13, etc., carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other materials. Our company prefabricates the billet through the clamping rod hammer, and then uses a large ring grinding machine and a supporting manipulator to successfully roll the ring at one time, which ensures that the flange is repeatedly forged in the billet making process, so that the internal structure of the flange is uniform and the grain is refined, so as to ensure the mechanical properties of the flange and other requirements. Internationally, the most commonly used standards for the pressure classification of large-diameter flanges are ASME B16.5 (American Society of Mechanical Engineers standard) and EN 1092-1 (European standard). In the case of ASME B16.5, it classifies flanges into classes such as Class 150, Class 300, Class 400, Class 600, Class 900, Class 1500, and Class 2500. In China, flange pressure classes are mainly based on GB/T 9112 - 9124 series standards. It has a certain correspondence with international standards, among which the PN series (nominal pressure) has PN2.5, PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, PN63, PN100, etc., and the unit is MPa (megapascal). For example, a PN10 flange represents a flange with a nominal pressure of 10MPa and is used for pipe connections that are subjected to the corresponding pressure within a certain temperature range.
